1. Initiating a Return
Should you wish to return any products, please communicate in writing to The Lighting Zone within 7 days of purchase. Written returns requests must be directed to:

2. Condition of Returned Goods
Any products returned must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Returns may be subject to a handling and administration fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom orders, special imports, and clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected. The Lighting Zone reserves the right to decline a return if the above conditions are not met.
